SERVICES

Services start at 9:30 a.m.  We are following the Amber Stage Protocol from the Diocese of Toronto which includes masks, hand sanitizing, social distancing and communion in one kind only.

The pews are marked with signs to show which ones may be used.

Services are also on Zoom for those who prefer to be at home still.  We bring our computers into the church so we can see those at home and those at home can see us.  We want to keep our church family in touch with each other as much as possible.

To obtain a link for Zoom, please email the church at princeofpeacechurchwb@gmail.com.

Come And Reach Out With Us

It is amazing how often in the course of only a year how many folks and community organizations need helping hands and loving hearts. We are delighted to respond as we are able.

Come And Connect With Us Through Faith, Fun and Fellowship

We offer a variety of opportunities to come together and to get to know each other. These include fundraising events, men’s groups, ladies groups, family night aka Messy Church.

Come And Explore With Us

Christian Education programs at Prince of Peace are very informal and a great opportunity to ask all kinds of questions to explore our faith. Upcoming programs will be posted on our Facebook page.

Come And Vision With Us

Our vision is to connect with all kinds of people, to encourage everyone to Come and Know Jesus, personally, just as the are.

Come And Be Young With Us

Messy Church Night is a great night out for all ages. We have dinner, games, amazing crafts and lots of laughs. We have usually hold Messy Church on the 4th Thursday of the month and hope to resume again as soon as it is safe to do so. We will post details on our Facebook page.

Similarly we offer a Mums and Tots program at the Rec Plex for Mums with young babies to toddlers and preschool.  Mums and Tots is scheduled to reopen in September at the Rec Plex.

Vacation Bible School this year will be held outside in the back yard of the church.  The theme is one of Castles and Knights and Dragons.  In the Knights of North Castle, we seek to find the armour of God through story, crafts, games, music and lots of fun. VBS is for children ages 6 to 11 and for teens who would like to be assistants too.  VBS runs from Aug 16 through Aug 20 from 9:00 to 11:30 am.  Registration begins at 8:30.  You are most welcome to come along on our great quest.

Blessings & Thanks.

And, Things Will Be A Little Bit Different This Year...

Be it JK, High School, Trade School, College or University, you may be online, at home or in a classroom! Be sure that no matter how you “do school” this year, school is all about you, indeed, all of you, preparing for your bright and happy futures. And because this is a bit of an unusual school year, and we want the very best for you, we would like to offer a prayer for each of you as you begin.
